Ellis Maxwell holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Columbia College, (2016). He has extensive experience in investigating and managing an array of investigations for over 28 years. He retired as a police detective in Jan-2016, with over twenty years in law enforcement for Utah’s second largest municipal law enforcement agency, West Valley City Police.
